FAITHx ministry focus will be delivering hope, human resources, critical infrastructure, operational intelligence and victory to a myriad of broken and challenging situations worldwide. Our tagline is to ‘Strengthen the Saved and Save the Lost.’ We are here to glorify God and win for Jesus in the most impacting manner possible.
FAITHx ministries and outreaches will be funded directly by ARK and FAITHx Sponsors. Within ARK’s legal framework and operating agreement, it is mandated that in any given year in which ARK achieves profit, 10% of all net-profit will be donated to FAITHx. As a Faith Driven Sponsor of FAITHx, when you do business with ARK you’ll be contributing directly to the ministry focus and outreaches of FAITHx.
Every year FAITHx will chronicle the social impact of our efforts publishing in a transparent manner a comprehensive list of how we invested these monies in our ministries and outreaches worldwide. FAITHx is a results-driven global ministry and will detail the quantifiable ROI in the form of transformed lives, resurrected communities and initiatives completed with a spirit of excellence.

FAITHx Talks & FAITHx Conversations ✝️
FAITHx ministry’s number one goal is to teach in a highly intelligent and academic manner The Word of God to all. We want to build up attendees with acceleration and help every Believer to become everything that God has created them to be. To this end, FAITHx will hold ministry events in the largest financial and media markets worldwide, hosting FAITHx Talks™ and FAITHx Conversations™.
Starting in Vancouver 🇨🇦 in December 2025 and in London 🇬🇧 in 2026, FAITHx will bring a new ministry paradigm to thousands in person and ultimately to millions with post-event streaming worldwide on YouTube.
New Homeless Model ❤️
FAITHx ministry will introduce a new Homeless paradigm that shifts from traditional homeless services to a modernized version that is proactive in treating the spiritual issues that acts as a catalyst to homelessness, substance abuse and clinical depression.
Our homeless model centers around God’s Word, loving fellowship, Godly encouragement, video education, mental health and substance abuse treatment, job training and re-entry into the workforce in a high tech environment with modern residential quarters, on a serene campus.

FAITHx ministry’s highest priority is developing and implementing the most modernized K-12 Christian schools worldwide. FAITHx Academies would include but not be limited to:

School security would include full-time, armed security presence of 4 officers and an engineered architecture with security cameras installed on school security perimeter that could not be breached.
